By accessing or using Remixify, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Remixify is a web application that allows you to create randomized versions of your Spotify playlists. The service connects to your Spotify account via official OAuth to read your playlists and create new ones on your behalf.
3. Spotify Account & OAuth
To use Remixify, you must have a valid Spotify account and authorize our application via Spotify's OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Spotify account credentials. We only access the Spotify data necessary to provide the service, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use Remixify only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Spotify's Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for the playlists you create using our service.
5. Limitation of Liability
Remixify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost playlist data or Spotify account issues.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
